CONDITIONS
Races are conducted under the rules of the Ohio State Racing Commission, United States Trotting Association, and the Southern Valley Colt Circuit. Declaration 11:00 A.M., TWO DAYS before the race is scheduled. In the event more than seven (7) horses are entered to start in any one race, that race will be divided.
Track scores five (5) wide with two (2) trailers. Money division: 45% – 25% – 15% – 10% – 5% in all events. All events will race one hear only. No starting fee for overnight events. $75.00 starting fee for stake races.
The right I reserved to declare off any overnight event not filling satisfactorily. Any horse programmed must pay entrance fee.
The Washington County Agricultural and Mechanical Association will not under any circumstances be liable for responsible for losses, injuries, or damages sustained to or by owners, drivers. Trainers, or horses entered and participating in or warming up for any of these racing events.
The Association reserves the right to reject any entry, declare off or change the order of racing.
