CONDITIONS
The drawing box will close and entries must be in at 11:00 A.M., TWO DAYS preceding the race, at which time drawing will take place. Declaration to start must be in the drawing box at the time of the drawing, either signed by the owner or authorized agent.
USTA Rules to govern, with exceptions. All events will race one heat only. There must be five starters in each race, otherwise we reserve the right to change or declare off a race. Colt Stakes to be raced under the Rules of the Southern Valley Colt Circuit. In Colt Stakes, not over 8 horses will be started per heat. Track will score 6 wide.
Entrance fee: $20 for the overnight races, $75 for stakes races.
Money Division: 45 - 25 - 15 - 10 - 5 percent. The Washington County Agricultural Society assumes no liability in case of accidents. Free grandstand.
The Speed Committee reserves the right to change program if conditions warrant, or reject any entry.
