Rules of Contest
- All participants MUST BE residents of Washington County.
- All participants MUST BE between the ages of 3 and 5 on the day of competition.
- Twins will be judged as individuals
- An entry fee of $2.00 will be charged and must be sent with entry form.
- All entries MUST BE received by 7 pm, Friday, September 2, 2011 at the Fair Board Office. No late entries will be taken.
- Out of county judges will be used. Judges’ decision is final.
- One boy and one girl will be selected as first place winners.
- Each child will receive a participation ribbon.
- The contest will be held on stage in the park behind the skating rink at the fairgrounds on Saturday, September 3, 2011.
- Previous winners will not be eligible.
- Participants are encouraged to wear dress clothes.

20% Poise
50% Personality
30% Personal Appearance
