Camping During Washington County Fair

ALL CAMPSITES ARE ON A RESERVED BASIS SITES WILL BE ASSIGNED BY THE DIRECTORS IN CHARGE

All camping areas (to include campground and all barn areas) will be charged a flat rate of $80.00, if paid on or before July 31. There is no guarantee for a camping space after the afore mentioned date.

Fair camping will be from Wednesday before the fair until the Wednesday following the fair. All campers should promptly remove their campers before 12:00 pm on the Wednesday following the fair. Anyone staying past this time will be charged for each additional night. This charge will begin at 12:01 pm on the Wednesday following the fair unless prior arrangements have been made with the campground committee. **Campers may be removed on Tuesday by 10:00 a.m. If the camper is not removed by this time, then they will remain on the grounds and can be removed between 8:00 pm Tuesday until 12:00 pm. Wednesday.*****

A $25.00 membership or season pass must be purchased by everyone staying in their camper who is over the age of 5. These tickets may be purchased from any fair board director or at the Fair Board Office. MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE PARKING CAMPER. Jr. Fair Wristbands are to be purchased for $3.00 for any child in 4-H, FFA, Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts and must be worn at all times. MUST BE PURCHASED BY FRIDAY EVENING.

Campers may be brought in on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please enter at the MAIN ENTRANCE and stop at the Fair Board office. After check-in at the office, you will be directed to the campground where a Fair Board Director will park you. No unhooking until a Fair Board Director is present. Please do not park your vehicles in any camping stall so as not to delay a camper being parked. It has been a problem in the past where a car is left in a camping stall and the owner has left the campground and a camper is waiting to be parked.
